I love potatoes. If I had my way, I would eat them with every meal if I could. Normally, I try to keep my carb intake low, but every once in a while, I switch it up. These 5 ingredient Cheesy Ranch Potatoes are amazing and worth every delicious carb.

Easy recipes are one of my favorite things ever. If it’s a 30 minute or less recipe, count me in. This potato side dish takes about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect for those busy weeknight meals. It’s full of flavor and the potatoes come out perfectly cooked.
5 Ingredient Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients
- Approximately 6-8 red potatoes
- 1 C Ranch dressing
- 1/4 C bacon, chopped (I used Bacon Bits)
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Chop potatoes into 4-6 pieces.
Place potatoes in pot of water and boil. When water begins to boil, turn to low boil and boil potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Drain water and return potatoes to pot.
Mix in remaining ingredients, withholding 1/4 C of cheese.

Place potato mixture in greased 8×8 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
