Take a few simple ingredients and a little time and you have this amazing chicken biscuit bake. It’s cheesy, full of bread and makes a meal the whole family will eat up.

The ingredients for this Chicken Biscuit Bake are super simple:
- 3 cups cooked chicken or canned chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese, divided
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 1 12 oz can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits
- 1/2 C chicken broth
Some additional equipment you may want for this recipe:
- 9×13 baking dish
- Nonstick cooking spray
The steps are pretty easy as well:
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cut biscuits into pieces.
- Mix all ingredients except for 1/2 C cheese together in a large bowl and pour in baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

Can I use rotisserie chicken?
Absolutely. You could also use canned cubed chicken, skinless chicken breasts or leftover chicken in this biscuit recipe.
I baked it for the recommended time but the biscuits were still gooey. What gives?
Baking times very oven to oven, so the time may vary as well. If you’re not a fan of dumpling-like biscuits, you can put the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
Can I cook this on the crockpot?
I have never had good luck cooking breads in the crockpot BUT chicken and dumplings cook really well this way. So I guess it just depends on how you like your biscuits.
