This crockpot salsa chicken is ridiculously easy to make and so good. It takes only a few ingredients and about 4-6 hours in the crockpot and you end up with a family-pleasing meal idea that well be asked for repeatedly.
I have mentioned this a million times, but I LOVE my crockpot. Seriously. I don’t think it’s just mine either. I love the entire premise behind them. Put stuff in it, turn it on and pray it doesn’t burn the house down. Just a few hours, you have a warm, delicious meal.
What’s not to love about a crockpot?

I have used this crockpot to make loads of things, including
All delicious, all super easy. This crockpot salsa chicken recipe was no different.
You dump the drained beans, corn and tomatoes in the bottom of the crokpot. Put the chicken on top and cover it in salsa. I used Pace Chunky Medium Salsa, but you can use whatever salsa you like.
