These low carb, bacon-wrapped chicken tenders have less than 1 carb each and can be made in under 30 minutes.

I have always said “EVERYTHING TASTES BETTER WITH BACON”.
Random disgusting vegetable like asparagus? Wrap it in bacon.
Cauliflower mashed “potatoes? Chop up some bacon and mix it in.
Maple-flavored cupcake? Put some bacon on it. (Seriously, these are delicious if done correctly).
Needless to say, I love bacon. My boyfriend loves bacon. My kids love bacon. I’m not sure I could trust someone that doesn’t love bacon. (Codename: vegetarian RN, I’m looking at you.)
So tonight I made bacon-wrapped chicken. It’s a low-carb, 30 minute easy peasy meal idea. And now I’m sharing it with you. You’re welcome.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips (I cut mine into 8 strips)
Uncooked bacon, as many pieces as you have chicken strips (obviously)
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Wrap each piece of chicken tightly in bacon. Make sure to not overlap the bacon, because it may not cook properly. I stretched mine out so the entire piece of chicken is covered.
- Place bacon-wrapped chicken on baking sheet. I placed each piece so the ends were down, just because I didn’t want it to unwrap while the bacon cooked/shrunk.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Salt and pepper to taste and devour.
And that is it folks. 4 ingredients, 30 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier than that. Let me know if you try it and how you feel about it.

Happy Cooking!
