This homemade taco seasoning recipe makes roughly 6 tablespoons of taco seasoning. It is delicious and you won’t regret making it.

I use it for all of my Mexican dishes. It’s really good with cauliflower rice or regular rice. I’ve also used it for fajitas. I have never regretted it. It’s also way healthier than the store bought stuff.
I used it in a crustless taco pie recipe and it was UNBELIEVABLE. We ate the whole pie pan in one sitting. My kids ate 3 pieces each.
I have regular plastic containers that I use to store my spices, with the exception of what I store in a spice rack, which I love.

Taco Seasoning Recipe
- 3 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbs black pepper
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- Cayenne pepper to taste (I use 1/4 tsp because I’m a sissy)
Mix them all together and there you have it.
Super easy, delicious, homemade taco (or anything Mexican) seasoning.
